Tan Chia Khuan (CK) is the Head of Restructuring at RKT, with over 15 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, special situations, credit risk management, and financial advisory. Prior to joining RKT, he held positions with global advisory firms and banking institutions.

CK advises corporates, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders on restructuring and turnaround engagements, debt restructuring, insolvency and liquidation matters, distressed asset management, credit advisory, stakeholder negotiations, and special situations transactions across a broad range of industries.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in developing and implementing restructuring strategies, business recovery initiatives, liquidity management, independent business reviews, distressed debt assessments, and creditor negotiations. He works closely with lenders, shareholders, management teams, legal advisers, and investors to deliver practical and commercially focused solutions that support sustainable business outcomes.

Beyond client engagements, CK is actively involved in developing restructuring methodologies and operational frameworks, while mentoring professionals and contributing to the growth of multidisciplinary advisory capabilities through knowledge sharing and talent development.
