The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia has introduced a Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme (SVDP) for e-Invoice, effective 7 July 2026 to 31 December 2027.
This programme provides a time-limited opportunity for businesses to regularise past e-Invoice non-compliance without penalties, before stricter enforcement begins.
Businesses should ACT NOW to identify gaps, correct errors and mitigate potential exposure while this penalty-free window remains available.
